Critical Need for Project Director, Senior Manager Project Management, Project Manager, Cost Control Manager, Planning Manager, Construction Manager, QA/QC Manager, Testing & Commissioning Manager, Design Manager, Proposal Manager, Dockmaster, Head Design, Head Production, Technical Executive Production/Design (for pressure vessels, heat exchangers & thermal analysis ) , Estimators, Buyer and Cost Control.

• Project Director – to strategize, drive manage and control the overall engineering & construction, marine repair and marine conversions projects by optimizing resources utilization, exercise strict cost control, meeting industry standards and customers satisfaction and payment are recovered as per the contract terms with the objective to achieve maximum profit, to sustain company’s position in the oil and gas industry.
• Senior Manager Project Management – to strategize, drive and manage Engineering & Construction projects deliverables and enhance project management capabilities, exercise strict cost control, meeting industry standards and customer satisfaction and ensure progress payment are recovered with the objective to achieve maximum profit and at the same time to sustain company’s position in the oil and gas industry.
• Project Manager – to drive, manage and control engineering & construction projects deliverables, enhance project management capabilities by optimizing company’s resources utilization, exercising strict cost control, meeting industry standards and customers satisfaction and ensured progress payments are recovered as per the terms with the objective to achieve maximum profit.
• Cost Control Manager – to strategize, plan, manage and controlling the contract/cost control department in terms of budget & expenditure recoverable/contract management/ customer relationship management and invoicing in order to achieve profitability and positive cash-flow.
• Planning Manager – to strategize, develop, plan, manage and implement the engineering & construction business strategy for enhancement of the divisional resources capacity and capability in ensuring the operations are conducted efficiently and cost-effectively to meet the division business objectives.
• Construction Manager – to develop, manage assess, review and implement structured construction capability building training & development with the objective to produce capable engineers with the required technical skills to execute construction works. To strategize, drive and manage assigned construction works in project deliverable by optimizing utilized resources. Exercise strict cost control, meeting industry standards and customer satisfaction as per contract terms to maximize operational profits.
• QA/QC Manager – to plan, strategize and ensure the effective implementation of the division quality control and NDT activities in accordance with QMS, lead and monitoring of quality inspection/testing for improvement and capability building initiatives, develop/implement an efficient document control system, enforce the adherence to HSE requirements with the objective of safeguarding the Company’s interests and to gain clients confidence level.
• Testing & Commissioning Manager – to strategize, drive and manage assigned testing and commissioning works in the engineering & construction projects deliverables by optimizing resources, exercise strict cost control, meeting industry standards and customers satisfaction. To develop, manage, assess and implement structured testing and commissioning capability building training development plans.
• Design Manager – to lead, develop and manage the engineering team in planning, organizing and controlling all technical aspects of engineering comprising preparation of data/ information for bidding. Design planning, drawings, providing technical information for purchasing and producing engineering documents within contract specifications.
• Proposal Manager – to manage, drive, strategize and coordinate tender and project proposals for new projects from bid preparation and supervision of proposal to deliverables and also involved in management tender evaluation committee – costing estimation, managing customers, close coordination with execution team.
• Dockmaster – responsible to plan ship movement operation prior to arrival/departure/shifting of vessel incuding all piloting operation. Possessed good working knowledge on all compliance of national, international and local regulations and safety. Able coordinate with relevant departments for docks, quays, pumps, shiplift, riggers shop, machinery and technical service departments facilities.

• By the way, we are also looking for some key positions for our subsidiary company – a joint venture company with a MNC, Italy. The main activity of the JV is to design and manufacture process equipment and to provide services to the oil and gas, chemical and petrol-chemical and hydroelectric power industries.
