Job Description
Asia HR is looking for a Laboratory Manager position for an international IVF clinic based in Bangkok, Thailand. This position is managing day-to-day operations of a clinical and diagnostic laboratory team. Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Leadership, management and development of staff within the laboratory
- Monitor quality and efficiency within the lab
- Perform all aspects of the routine operation of the Embryology, Andrology and Endocrinology laboratories
- Ensuring all incidents have been entered into the Risk Monitoring system
- Participate in auditing procedures within the laboratory environment
Qualification Required
Expertise Requirements:
This role is best suited to someone who has strong leadership capabilities and promotes a culture of continuous improvement and risk management in the lab.
Ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- ART Experience (minimum 5 years)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality Improvement and Risk Management principles
