Job Description

Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Retail Portfolio

  • Successful delivery of all committed programmes and projects to time, spec, cost and quality.
  • Provide direction for all project risks and issues ensuring effective mitigations and resolutions are in place
  • Digital Business Technologies to for enhancement capacity for Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Retail.
  • Successful delivery of enhancements in a weekly and monthly release cycle.
  • Responsible for support, technical investment, performance and business continuity for Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Retail.
  • Lead delivery and operations professionals in a matrix management relationship to create a cohesive and high performing team.
  • Run regular team meetings for different sub-teams Retail, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Hold Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Retail all hands meetings to provide updates, future plans, inspire and motivate. Feedback into practices for performance management, talent / succession planning and professional and personal development of key team members.
  • Managing and preparing quarterly and yearly budget for approval.
Qualification Required
  • Experience in FDA and any other relevant and related regulatory applications need in the pharmaceutical sector – From applying to approval.
  • Experience in health care sector with market entry and pricing strategy knowledge.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in product distribution, marketing, distribution of consumer medical products
  • Excellent understanding and business domain knowledge in an organisation that is commercially focused and driving for rapid growth and expansion. Ideally in Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Retail Significant experience in IT strategy development, along with portfolio, programme and project management techniques.
  • Leadership of IT projects, preferably using a structured project delivery approach.
  • Good financial management, budgeting and investment appraisal skills.
  • Experience of developing and delivering IT Roadmaps and Programme Plans to meet business needs.
