Job Description
- Develop and implement business and financial strategies in line with company vision and mission.
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with customers and employees.
- Participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure
efficient and safe operations. - Provides advice and assistance in planning, implementation and evaluation of existing
operations, systems and procedures. - Work closely with related department to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction
and work quality. - Monitor performance and implement improvements.

assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Qualification Required
- Working experience in seafood farming/processing industry is preferred.
- Degree holder with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience,3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.

- Good command of both written and spoken English.
