Job Description

The Country Manager will lead the company’s activities in South East Asia Region, will have the task to manage a high-performing team in achieving sustainable market share growth with strong support from its HQ in Italy. The position will have full P&L responsibility of a growing business both in revenue and in product scope reporting directly to the Area Manager.

Qualification Required

Other responsibilities include:

  • Buys into and leads the implementation of the global strategy in South East countries. He/she develops a growth vision and a growth plan to increase sales and operating profits.
  • Takes full responsibility and accountability for the budget process and forecasting.
  • Supports leading and managing team
  • Creates a winning team and dedication to performance.
  • Successfully implements corporate – strategic vision to the market, as well as keeps an entrepreneur approach t0identify opportunities in a dynamic environment.
  • The position is office-based (Bangkok)

The ideal candidate will be a driven,results-oriented Country Manager with the strategic skills to define and implement the business strategy. With outstanding leadership skills, s/he will possess a successful track record leading and motivating a sales and marketing team and managing a full P&L.
