EHS Safety Officer

Asia HR is looking for a EHS Safety Officer for a Chemical Manufacturing Factory at Rojana Industrial Estate Phase2  Ayutthaya province

• At least 3 years experience in SHE ( Safety, Health and Environmental) all function including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 etc. in Chemical Industry / Manufacturer in chemical product/ Petrochemia etc.
• Keep & follow up record of incident information & investigation, Participate in meeting of incident investigation to terminate root cause of illness/ injury from work and create preventive action.
• Keep & follow up record of safety equipment inspection & safety function test
• Prepare documents for Safety meeting, attend & record minutes of Safety meeting
• Keep & follow up record of PPE usage & quality
• Coordinate with HR to arrange training safety course
• Report about Hazardous substance, Safety performance report
• Keep & follow up renewal license of safety matter
• Participate in committee meeting for JSA/ Risk assessment/ HAZOP, and any safety matter meeting
• Participate in committee meeting for improve/ update safety standard operation procedure
• Developing, maintaining and implementing procedures in accordance with OSHAS 18001 and standard requirements. Ensuring that each process is documented
• Issuing, developing and maintaining safety regulations, in coordination with line managers to ensure these regulations are combined with work instructions and respected by employees
• Participate in committee meeting for organize safety promotion activities e.g. safety week etc.
• Perform such other duties assigned by Management team

• Bachelor, faculty of engineer Major Occupational health and Safety or related field ( Safety officer : professional level only)
• Good command in English and computer literacy.
•  Male , not over 45 years old.
• Person who can work under pressure
