Assistant QA/QC Manager

Asia HR is looking for an Assistant QA/QC Manager for a Chemical Manufacturing Factory at Rojana Industrial Estate Phase2  Ayutthaya province.

• Support QC management system at production line
• Managing waste in production and improving efficiency within production processes
• Distribute relevant QC documentation to production line
• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
• Participate in the site internal and external site audits based on customer specification
• Report all identified issues and cooperate closely with the management to ensure immediate action
• Review the customer’s specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector
• To handle customer complaints management.
• Manage and verify product/ production quality related document from product compliance statements, certifications, audit reports, specifications to quality agreements and relevant customer statements in the quality manual
• Report quality problems and procedure of quality concern
• Ensure the safety is adhered to at site
• Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned 6 working day/week

• Bachelor of Sciences Major Chemistry or related field in Chemical
• At least 5 years experience in Quality Control system and QA process all function of Chemical law material / Chemical Industry/ Manufacturer in chemical  product/ Petrochemia etc.
• Good command in English
