Job Description
- Manage a group of products and meet the allocated sales budget.
- Design and implement sales and marketing plan which includes promoting a range of
products, providing literature and contents and liaising with principals for technical
information - Manage, lead and coach subordinates in regards to selling skills, product management and
communication with principals. - Identify and develop new key accounts and dealers, exploring opportunities for the product
portfolio including territories located out of Bangkok. - Carry out 60% of time on field visits to potential customers.
- Provide marketing communication and support to the team. Communicate effectively with
marketing team to produce marketing collaterals and website enhancement. - Manage key accounts, addressing and handling enquiries, conducting field visits, product
presentations and demonstrations - Delegate sales leads and conduct follow-ups with customers
- Submit weekly itinerary, funnel and monthly report
- Gather market analysis and intelligence. This information is to be provided to HOD and
management in monthly report. - Produce training materials, customizes training materials for different audiences, analyzes
training needs and conducts product training for the team and dealer
