Job Description

My client is an international NPO based in Bangkok Thailand. The role holder will comply with the organization’s policies and procedures.

CRM Project
• Participate in leading discussion of business requirements and solution design with project stakeholder and Salesforce implementing partner
• Act as Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in organization and work closely with Salesforce partner on technical implementation
• Support as a tester in phase of User Acceptance Test (UAT) for each module launched in the project

CRM Administration and Data Management

  • Support CRM Administration and Data Management after system go-live for each module
  • Platform Administration – Salesforce for non-profit organization (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud), Drupal CMS, and others (if any in future)
  • CRM Data Management
  • Cleaning data on the platform
  • Uploading data into the platform and ensuring data integrity in this process
  • Task Management with Supporter Relation
  • Telephony Data Management
  • Data analytics, Report, and Dashboard
  • Interaction with internal and external stakeholders – Financial bank/supplier, Telephony system supplier, Colleagues from different countries.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot for any platform or operational issues with given appropriate solutions.
  • Execute UAT and log test and result.

  • Database (SQL/MS Access)
