Quality Control Manager- International Garment Factory Myanmar

The Role:

• Responsible for supporting the quality audit of production units
• Direct responsible for Quality Controlling from factories
• Analysis of quality control (In Line/ final inspection/ Customer report)
• To make quality, technical and production reporting with internal Standard Operation Procedures
• Supervise All QC team

• Over 3 years solid in quality control experience in garment manufacturing.
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Manage all internal and external quality issues to reach quality target.
• Lead team members to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers’ expectation.
• Follow up on customer complaints and corresponding corrective actions.
• Resolve quality issues together with the Technical team
• Manage and monitor the performance of Quality Control team, train team members.
• Support internal teams to solve quality issues.
