Residential Villa Commercial Director

The appointment will be in charge of the sales, marketing and Customer Relationship Management activity of Residential Villa.

• Achieve Sales targets, Marketing Budget Spend
• Engage with trade partners
• Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
• Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models.
• Design relevant marketing and sales strategy.
• Responsible for all sales and marketing materials.
• Manage online advertising and other digital platforms
• Liaison with customer / villa owner relationship in order to enhance of the company, increase profitability and to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Market research and competitor analysis.
• Report to board when required.

• Successful experience in senior sales and marketing roles in residential villa development
• Track record of driving strategic sales and marketing in hospitality / real estate
• Demonstrated achievement of key business targets with result-driven and analytical mindset business
• Fluent in English; Chinese competency advantageous
