Job Description

Main function: To deliver volume growth and regional expansion, the company is looking for a high caliber professional to strategize the Group’s expansion plan in Bangkok, Thailand.

Purpose of the role:  To be the primary person sales  operation.

Direct Report To Managing Director.

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally.
  • Overseeing local sales, promotions and campaigns.
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding service.
  • Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Setting sales quotas and meeting planned sales goals volume targets as specified either on DF & Open slot.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  • Timely submission of Marketing reports to Management.
  • To report sales lifting performance and any related issues and development to HQ.
  • Provide information on Market and Competitor activity to Management and HQ.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary to Management and HQ.
  • Overseeing the activities and directing performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with other dept on lead generation.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and services.
  • Explore new chartering, feeder operator opportunities and develop relationship with Carriers.
  • Assist in assessing whether company’s current IT module are suitable future needs.
  • Other tasks are assigned by Management.
