Job Description
- IT problems diagnosis (Software, PC etc)
- In case of Software or application trouble, contact vendor for support with correct problem description and manage vendor’s action until problem get solved.
- Provides support for application users in the organization, achieving business goals.
- Must have experiences for supporting to ERP user.
- Experience using Microsoft Windows 10.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Network configuration.
- Able to communicate with vendors for troubleshooting
- Fluent in English and able to communicate with Japan Team.
- Able to work long hours and business travel required.
- Report to IT Manager.
Qualification Required
- Any graduates with minimum year’s IT field.
