Job Description

A domestically listed company specializing in the manufacturing and application of wooden products. It has become a leading brand in the global decorative market.

LOCATION: At least 6 months of training in Taiwan, depending on experience. After that, the working location can be flexible.

  • Complete the regional manager training in Taiwan, overseeing corporate operations and business development for the overseas branch office in the future.
  • Compile a list of potential local customers and invite them to corporate events.
  • Drive product promotion within the local market and sustain customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan, outlining specific goals and objectives.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, taking charge of the overall sales status.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the direct superior.
Qualification Required
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales and team leader experience.

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Able to communicate in English or Mandarin.
