Business Development Specialist (Based in Cambodia)

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist position based in Cambodia for a leading medical device company. The job scope will be;

• To lead, influence and drive market and business growth opportunities in Cambodia
• To provide market intelligence of the Cambodia healthcare market(other than our distributor)
• To validate tender information that is provided by distributor
• To build independent key relationships with healthcare professionals and Ministry of Health
• To provide in-services / products presentations for Medtronic CVG portfolio
• To be responsible for overall marketing activities in Cambodia, such as product launch, in-service, drive marketing strategies, KOL development, Key Account Management, educational program to healthcare professionals, organise internal product training for our distributors
• To work closely and coordinate planning with distributors, BDM, and across business units/operations (e.g. regulatory, SCM) to execute plans.

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. Major in Medicine or Health Science
• Minimum 3 years prior experience as a clinician or medical device field
• Scientific and technical knowledge of, plus clinical experience with CVG products and competitor’s products plus the disease states/ procedural they are used to treat.
