Chief Finance Officer (CFO) in Bangkok

Asia HR Thailand is recruiting a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) who can contribute and create values and wealth for our client’s company based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute financial strategies which support corporate and business strategies
• Manage and oversee the full ranges of accounting and finance procedures
• Ensure that all accounting and tax documents comply with law and regulations of Thailand
• Prepare financial reports and analyze financial performance for a certain period
• Effectively improve internal control systems
• Improve costing system and encourage the team to fully utilize ERP systems
• Establish cost control and budget systems
• Improve cash management for enhancing yields.
• Support and advise BOD and CEO in accounting and finance issues

• Thai nationality, aged 40 to 55 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferable MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the fields of manufacturing firms in senior levels
• Strong leadership skills with ability to influence at management level
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Capable of initiating & driving change
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to provide strategic commercial input to the business
• Excellent both written and verbal English skill
• M&A and Joint venture experience is desirable but not essential
• Up to date knowledge of current ERP applications, Oracle EBS is preferable
