Job Description

As the Commercial Director, you will be the driving force behind achieving our ambitious residential villa sales targets while ensuring the highest level of owner satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the synergy between the residential community, the independently managed wellness resort, and the wetland nature reserve. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in fostering an environment that not only attracts prospective buyers but also delights current villa owners.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed the residential villa sales targets. Continuously monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Owner Service and Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with villa owners. Ensure that their needs are met, and their ownership experience is beyond satisfactory. Act as the primary point of contact for all owner-related inquiries and concerns.

Common Area Management: Collaborate with the wellness resort operator and other stakeholders to oversee the common areas shared by the residential community, resort, and nature reserve. Ensure these spaces are maintained to the highest standards and contribute to the overall appeal of the property.

Brand Alignment: Work closely with marketing teams to ensure all sales and promotional activities are in line with the property ‘s luxury and wellness brand identity.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with various stakeholders, including the wellness resort operator, to ensure a cohesive and mutually beneficial relationship that enhances the overall community experience.

Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to villa sales and common area maintenance, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Qualification Required
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Director or similar leadership role in the luxury residential or hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, particularly in luxury wellness communities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and understand market dynamics.
  • Commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of luxury service standards
