Our client is operating thousand of beverage machines developed through out the country and hundreds-of-thousands of cups sold per day. Behind these machines is a powerful data platform that automatically knows when to refill the machines, what to refill the machines with and provides operators with a suite of tools :-  monitoring, alerting, analytics, to manage operations at scale. Our client company’s growth has been stratospheric and, with no signs of slowing down, next year they are going international. Therefore, our client is looking for a versatile and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer.

Required Skills

– Strong experience with a major cloud vendor (ideally AWS)

– Experience with IaC, such as Terraform

– CI/CD best practices

– Working with developers to productionise & deploy their code

– Monitoring, tracing and observability

– Security best practices

– Proficiency in at least one programming language

– Strong problem solving skills

– At least 2 years experience

Technologies we make heavy use of in AWS today are: ECS, Docker, Kafka – MSK, SQL RDS (for SQL databases), EC2, Code Build/Deploy/Pipeline, Lambdas + more.
