Job Description

You will be responsible to build and develop the property’s marketing leadership in your geographic assignment, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communication the marketing plans to those involved and building awareness and positioning for our company brand. You will also be working closely with our sales and wellness department to develop a strategy that will help to get the right target, market share and awareness. Finally, you will be in charge of organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events. You would also oversee the implementation of marketing and PR strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions as well as monitoring competitors marketing and marketing communication. We would like you to establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners as well as to maintain a consistent brand image.

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights, competitors, and local market dynamic to enhance competitiveness and accelerate business growth
  • Shape and communicate the vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target group to “take action”\
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
  • Develops master materials (key visuals, media support, master KV) to support new product launches
  • Understand media strategy guidelines & updates to countries and Media agencies for the subcategory
  • Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to improve sales
  • Content management both online and offline
  • CSR, CRM and PR management with team to execute and integrate the campaigns through various channels and media including Online, Offline, and digital channels
  • Work with other team members such as Sales team business development team operation construction restaurant and other’s related teams to ensure that the marketing and sales’ strategy aligns with the goal.

Qualification Required
  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 10+ years-experience in leading a Marketing (Marcom and Project Marketing) and Public Relations of luxury residential brand, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Experience in sales account management, revenue management, marketing communication, with good knowledge of hotel branded and real estate.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills and strong copywriting skills.
  • Proven contacts within the travel and tourism sector
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to senior management.
  • Experience managing marketing teams and developing team members.
  • Good command of English –
  • Experience in Real estate, Luxury residential sector
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong drive for results
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external teams
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in electronics
  • Be optimistic, positive thinking, imaginative, proven leadership skills and eager to learn
