Job Description
- Gaining new distributor for area assignment in Myanmar.
- Create revenue of company by manage distributor reach target.
- Gain new customer and retain the old customer in each channel of company
- Retain and check asset of company in area each distributor in Myanmar.
- Training and coaching skill selling and managing staff of distributor.
- Consult distributor for manage organization and recruit new staff of distributor.
- Control all expense budget of Myanmar.
- Planning sale strategy and manage visit shop to have efficiency.
- Control and checking performance of distributor to have efficiency.
Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3-10 years experience in food sales, especially ice cream and dairy products.
- Computer skills Word,Powerpoint,Excel,Photoshop
- Good command of English and Myanmar (Should communicate at a good level)
