• A technical background around software development.
• Ability to effectively manage a project and lead a team.
• Experienced software development life cycle product delivering using Agile Development practise/ Scrum;
• Experience in the logistics industry or platform business will be highly advantageous.
• Understanding software development processes and procedures.
• Good command of English
• Be proactive person, Must have to be people skills, Servant leadership (Leader eat last).
• Active listening, Critical thinking, Facilitating skill

2+ Years of experience in a Scrum Master role, and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) will be beneficial.
