Job Description
  • Communicate regularly with all Villa Owners, ensuring they are kept informed of matters relating to their villas and staff, and keep them update on a frequent basis about happenings at the property.
  • Coordination of all requests from Villa Owners, Villa Owner’s Guests and Villa Rental Guests via the Guest services team.
  • Coordinates pre arrival communication for Villa Owners via GSM.
  • Attend the daily Trisara morning briefings and DH meetings.
  • Ensure the consistency of villas standards are maintained. This includes condition of Villas for rental and appropriate staffing of Villas for rental. Villas cannot be included in the rental pool if Villa Owners do not agree to appropriate staffing levels.
  • Interacts and liaises with the Reservation team regarding all rental bookings and prepares for returning guest requirements, other special requirement etc.
  • Receives and handles inquiries from hotel guests and other parties interested in purchasing available Villas for sale and carries out Villa visits with interested parties. Liaises with Villa Owners and Company Management when a sale/purchase interest materializes, and then hands over the purchase transaction to Trisara Management to finalize the purchase/sale transaction.
  • Ensure all Villa set ups and requests are prepared before arrival of Villa Owners, Villa Owner Guests and Rental Guests.
  • Ensure all villa staff have detailed instructions/information regarding Villa Owners, Villa Owner Guests, and Villa Rental Guests.
  • Personally oversee the engagement of every arriving guest, ensuring the RV Guest Services team and Resort SRH’s learn about the guest expectations and that we steer them towards experiences that will make them happy.
  • Monitor the daily engagement between staff and guests via phone and messaging to ensure we offer a butler-styled service.
  • Lead, implement and foster “ Company’s Cultural Beliefs”.
  • Take ownership for frequent Villa Inspections.
  • Work together with Chief Engineer / Snr Villa HK Supervisor / GSM / Hotel Operations to ensure that the pre-arrival policy is carried out effectively.
  • Assist and support the GM/HM in arrival and departure process, adding another layer of management to the team in helping guests feel like they are staying at the home of a friend.
  • Foster the relaxed, friendly, warm “can-do” style that has become synonymous with the service.
  • Meet with Reservations team daily and ensure Villa Guest Service teams are fully aware all incoming reservations for the day and match the necessary accommodation.
  • To entertain regular and potential clients as required.
  • Manage the Villa Estate Room Grid and consult with Villa Estate Manager prior to removing any vacant rental villa availability.
  • Subject to the need arising, handle rental Villa re-allocations either at pre-arrival stage or in-house guests, and consult with Villa Estate Manager prior to communicating with Villa Owners.
